8 Sparkle Blue Wrap Skirts Item Description: These were designed and made for a small group. They are made of a sparkle blue material, wrap the body and have a tie at the waist. They are easy to fit due to how they wrap. They were used two times and are in new condition. The skirts are 36 inches long, but can be hemmed easily. They are a costume satin. I pulled them out of the box to take a picture, so they obviously were not ironed. Royal blue satin. Item Price: $30.00 for the lot.
