Please review these terms before continuing to the listing form.
Items for sale may be listed with MarchingLinks.com at no initial charge to the seller. Upon sale of the item, MarchingLinks.com charges a fee for listing the ad and pictures, marketing the item, and providing a secure transaction.
As of 7/25, the minimum listing price for items is $1,000.
Uniforms listed with MarchingLinks.com may not be sold or listed for sale elsewhere. Just as you can't list your house with multiple real estate brokers at the same time, we do not allow outside sales once your item is listed with MarchingLinks.
Fill out the form on the next page — there's no charge to submit or list.
At no charge. We'll post as many images as necessary to accurately show your item, and actively market it.
Upon agreement of sale, the buyer sends the funds to MarchingLinks.com, not to you directly.
The selling school may use MarchingLinks.com's freight consolidator (we pay the freight directly), or use its own shipper and front the cost. No funds are disbursed to the seller before the buyer receives the uniforms and releases the funds following inspection. Shipment of marching band uniforms, due to size and weight, can be $400–$800+ — please budget accordingly if not using our freight consolidator.
Once the buyer confirms the merchandise arrived in good condition and as described, we release the funds at our next check-cutting date. School districts, bands, and other non-profits (who have not purchased their uniforms at auction) keep 2/3 of the sale (a 1/3 commission). For-profit sellers and lots purchased at auction split 50/50. The seller is also reimbursed the shipping cost as quoted in their estimate if our freight consolidator wasn't used (shipping cost is not subject to commission).
Any communications, questions, etc. between buyers and sellers are emailed through MarchingLinks.com.
